R2P Injury Management System & SOCS Integration

Return2Play and SOCS have partnered, integrating Return2Play’s Injury Management System and SOCS’ Co-Curricular & Sports Management System to help schools safely manage pupil injuries whilst reducing the school’s administration time. The integration allows schools to have complete visibility of any pupil injuries when selecting teamsheets and taking registers in SOCS – ensuring that no injured pupils return to sport at school until they are safe to do so.

What does the integration do?

The integration means that if any pupils have injuries recorded on the R2P Injury Management System, they will automatically be visible on SOCS when you select teamsheets or take registers.

Meaning that you only need to record the injuries in one place, without any double data entry.

Helping you manage injures in the most admin efficient way possible and ensuring injured pupils only return to sport at school when they are safe to do so.

We are very excited about the new partnership with Return2Play, which will allow our mutual clients to have complete visibility of any injuries when it comes to selecting team sheets or taking registers in SOCS– James Kershaw-Naylor, Business Development Director, SOCS

What are the benefits to the school?

No more time spent recording the same injury in two different places.

By recording the injury on the R2P Injury Management System, you'll get all the administrative and communication benefits this brings, plus all the benefits that having the injury visible on SOCS brings.

Not only will all the relevant staff members get automatically notified of the injury details, but they will also be visible when staff log onto SOCS. The pupil won't be able to be selected for a sports fixture and will be listed as injured when taking any registers - ensuring that they cannot return to sport at school until they are safe to do so.

Same benefits, half the work.

This partnership is a fantastic way of helping schools ensure that injured pupils do not return to sport until they are fit, able and confident to do so. It combines the expertise of both SOCS and Return2Play for the benefit of our mutual clients– Dr Sam Barke, Founder & Medical Director, Return2Play
